High-Pressure Cement Autoclave Tester
High-Pressure Cement Autoclave Tester
Cement autoclave tester is suitable for the GB/750 national standard. It is a specialized instrument used by cement production units, building materials research institutes, colleges and universities, and construction quality inspection departments to determine the adverse effects of MgO (magnesium oxide) in cement on cement stability.
Cement performance and its inspection indicate that the MgO content in cement clinker mainly comes from limestone raw materials. After clinker firing, most MgO exists in the form of periclase. Its structure is dense (commonly known as dead-burned state) and is encapsulated within the clinker minerals, reacting with water very slowly. It is generally considered that it continues to hydrate over 10–20 years or even longer, forming Mg(OH)2, which increases the volume of the solid phase by 2.48 times, and local volume expansion generates significant destructive stress within the already hardened cement stone. Boiling for 3 hours using the boiling method cannot cause significant hydration of MgO, so the boiling method cannot test the cement stability issues caused by periclase. High temperature and high pressure conditions can accelerate the hydration of periclase in clinker; therefore, adverse safety effects caused by MgO content in clinker must be tested using the autoclave method.

ZYF-2A Cement Autoclave Tester :
YZF-2A Cement Autoclave Tester-seperate type
YZF-2A Cement Autoclave Tester is suitable for the GB/T 750-2024 national standard. It is a specialized instrument used by cement production units, building material research institutes, universities, and construction quality inspection departments to determine the adverse effects of MgO (magnesium oxide) on the stability of cement. The equipment accelerates the hydration of periclase in clinker under high temperature and high pressure conditions to measure the non-uniform volume changes in cement that may result from the hydration of periclase.
