3. Optional safety guard for creep frames to prevent safety hazards caused by accidental specimen fracture.
4. Test data is stored in real‑time and will not be lost upon sudden power failure. Tests can resume after power‑on.
5. Disc springs and special spring assemblies are adopted to resist eccentric load. Uniform force distribution on three support frames, with high spring rigidity, long fatigue life and low permanent deformation.
6. Optimized loading frame structure, convenient for specimen positioning, loading unit installation, sensor mounting and leveling operation.
7. Electric hydraulic pump matched with pressurizing oil cylinder, enabling convenient loading and easy pressure regulation.
8. Foot mounting fixtures are equipped at the bottom of loading frames for safe and stable operation.
9. 50 mm‑thick bearing plate is made of high‑strength steel with high rigidity and stable performance.
10. The machine is delivered as an assembled unit. It can be put into service after hoisting and fixing on site.
11. Complete accessories supplied. Tests can be carried out immediately after arrival.
