I. Product Overview
Concrete, as one of the most commonly used building materials in modern construction projects, its durability is directly related to the service life and safety of buildings. However, the durability of concrete is closely related to its impermeability. Therefore, it is particularly important to conduct accurate and efficient detection of the impermeability of concrete.
The HS – 20Q fully automatic sealed concrete impermeability tester is independently developed and manufactured by our company. It is an impermeability detection device integrating a new microcomputer control and management system, a penetration device, a sealing component, a test pressurization component, and a high – precision sensor.
The microcomputer automatic control and management system collects, processes, and controls data such as the high – precision sensor, the dynamic test force value, the sealing force value, the step – by – step pressurization time, and the cumulative pressurization time to ensure a stable pressure during the test process and prevent pressure leakage, thus achieving accurate detection of the impermeability.
This device not only solves the problems of the traditional concrete impermeability tester, such as cumbersome operation, low efficiency, and poor sealing effect during the test process, but also improves the detection efficiency and accuracy, and provides a strong guarantee for the detection of the impermeability of concrete.
This product can achieve accurate detection of the impermeability of concrete.

IV. Usage Method
The HS – 20Q fully automatic sealed concrete impermeability tester realizes the automatic sealing, automatic pressurization test, automatic constant pressure, and automatic timing of concrete specimens through one – key operation of the touch – screen microcomputer management software system. The whole process is automatically controlled, without applying any sealing materials, and it can automatically alarm in case of faults. Just place the concrete specimen in the “penetration device”, fix the “lock ring”, click the “Start Test” button, and the device will automatically seal, automatically conduct the pressurization test, and automatically maintain a constant pressure. After the test is completed, take out the concrete impermeability specimen from the penetration device, and the test is finished.
This equipment is used for concrete water permeability test to evaluate the long-term performance and durability of concrete. In order to improve the traditional working environment, this equipment adopts self-sealing technology to reduce the impact on the environment and human health. At the same time, it is easy to operate and saves manpower.
FEATURE
It adopts air sleeve fastening sealing structure design. An inflatable rubber sleeve is set at the gap between the specimen and the outer steel mold, and the inflation pressure reaches 2MPa.
Equipped with a special clamp, it clamps the cone specimen according to standard requirements and places it into the steel mold with an inflatable rubber sleeve.
Equipped with an automatic specimen penetrating detection device. The detection device can automatically detect the accumulation of water and send a command to the controller to stop pressurizing.
It uses a 7-inch touch industrial control screen to input specimen information and test parameters, realize automatic control, record test information.
When placing and removing the specimen in the test chamber, the sleeve is vacuumed from positive pressure to negative pressure, which can reduce the wear of the sleeve by specimen and extend the service life of the sleeve.
