    Testing and Operation

    1、 Operation interface

    Lightly press the corresponding Arabic numerals to select the desired interface. For example, press 4 to enter the device interface. Here, you can change the corresponding raw data, such as time, network, language, registration, etc. Press the number 5 key to enter the setting interface. Here, according to personalized settings, press the number 1 key to enter the test data selection page. Press the number 1 key to select the cement mortar compression resistance, and enter the personalized setting interface for the test, Press the number key 1 to select the compressed X-axis display. Here, you can choose the data displayed on the X-axis according to your personal preferences, such as time, load, and stress

    2、 Calibration

    Press the number key 3 to enter the calibration interface, press the number key 1 to select the device, and enter the next level interface. Here, you can customize the device range and power outage protection. Press the corresponding number key to complete the setting, and the calibration test status can be carried out. After calibration is completed, click the keys 1, 3, and 5 to correct the calibration table, detection points, and equipment code.

    3、 Testing

    Cement mortar compression resistance (example)

    Press the Arabic numeral 1 to enter the experimental selection interface, press the number key 1 to select the compressive strength of cement mortar, and enter the experimental interface to select the corresponding 1,2,3,4,5,6 to change the experimental data. For example, press 4 to pop up the strength grade selection interface. After all data selections are completed, click the OK key on the keyboard to enter the experiment. If you want to exit the experiment, press the Return key on the left side of the OK key on the keyboard.

    Concrete bending resistance (example)

    Press the number key 2 to select bending and enter the test selection interface. Press the number key 1 to select concrete bending resistance. After entering the above interface, press the corresponding number key to customize the data. For example, press the number key 1 to change the test number. After all data settings are completed, press the OK key to enter the test.

    The 2000KN COMPRESSION TESTING MACHINE (hereinafter referred to as the testing machine) is mainly used for pressure testing of metal and non-metal specimens, such as concrete, cement, bricks, and stones.
