1. Important Notes
Before installing and using this equipment, please carefully read this manual and keep it properly for future reference.
Installation environment requirements:
1. Ambient temperature: 10℃ – 35℃
2. Relative humidity: No more than 80%
3. There should be no vibration, no corrosive medium, and no strong electromagnetic field interference around
4. Level deviation should be no more than 0.2mm/1000mm
5. There should be a space of 0.7m around the equipment. The equipment must be reliably grounded
Power supply requirements:
This equipment uses three-phase four-wire AC 380V/50Hz alternating current. The voltage is stable and should not exceed the rated voltage by ±10%. The current allowed by the socket should not exceed 10A.
Hydraulic oil requirements
This equipment uses standard hydraulic oil as the working fluid:
1. When the room temperature is above 25℃, use 68-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil.
2. When the room temperature is below 25℃, use 46-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil. In winter when the room temperature is extremely low, after starting the equipment, please warm up (start the oil pump motor) for 10 minutes before applying load. Frequent use requires the hydraulic oil to be replaced every six months. Whether to clean the oil tank and filter or not should be determined based on the degree of oil contamination.
This equipment cannot be operated using engine oil, gasoline or any other type of oil. Any malfunction of the hydraulic components caused by improper oil usage will not be covered by the warranty.
Regarding emergency shutdown
In case of any emergency during installation, commissioning or operation, such as failure of the solenoid valve to release, abnormal operation of the motor, or problems with the test specimen, etc., which may cause damage to machine components or injure the test personnel, please immediately pull down the circuit breaker.
Precision
All the equipment has been precisely calibrated before leaving the factory. Please do not adjust the calibration parameters without authorization. Any increase in measurement error caused by unauthorized adjustment of the calibration parameters will not be covered by the warranty. You can contact the local technical supervision department based on the accuracy grade indicated on the equipment for calibration.
Maximum power
Please determine the equipment range according to the factory plate of the equipment. The equipment range has been adjusted at the factory and please do not modify the range parameters without authorization. Modifying the range parameters without authorization may cause the equipment to operate at an excessive power, damaging the mechanical components or failing to reach the set value. Any damage to the mechanical components caused by unauthorized adjustment of the range parameters will not be covered by the warranty.
