Use:

Working principle:

The dust humidifier is composed of four parts: uniform feeding, blade feeding, mixing and beating humidification, vibration system, etc., and is equipped with special electric control and water supply system. The equipment is fixed on the base as a whole, and the cylinder is supported by four groups of elastic elements. The vibration is applied by the excitation device, so that the cylinder vibrates at a high frequency during the operation of the whole machine, so that the cylinder wall and the stirring shaft are always connected. Maintaining a certain gap greatly reduces the running resistance of the whole machine, completely eliminates the phenomenon of boring and stalled rotors, reduces downtime and cleaning time, and improves work efficiency. The water supply is controlled by a valve block. In order to stabilize the water supply and clean water quality of the system, a filter is set in the pipeline, and the main control cabinet performs interlocking control on each part of the humidifier, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the water supply and constant humidity operation.
