Structure and Working Principle:
The BDSZ series humidification mixer consists of four parts: uniform feeding, blade conveying, mixing-striking humidification, and vibration system, equipped
with an electrical control and water supply system. The whole machine is fixed on a bracket, and the cylinder is supported by four sets of elastic components.
Through the excitation device, the cylinder vibrates at high frequency during operation, and a certain gap is always maintained between the cylinder wall and the
mixing shaft. This reduces the operation resistance, eliminates the phenomena of machine stalling and jamming, reduces shutdown cleaning time, and improves
work efficiency.
