Intelligent Cement setting time meter is jointly designed by our company and the Building Materials Research Institute. It is the first automatic control equipment in China to fill the gap of the project in my country. 2.The test chamber can hold up to 8 round molds at the same time, each mold will automatically alarm when the time is up.
3.The instrument has automatic detection and correction functions.
4.Fully automatic measurement: after the sample is completed, place it in the instrument’s sample tray, click start measurement, the measurement process does not require manual monitoring;
5.Linear depth measurement accuracy: ±0.1mm;
6.Test chamber temperature and humidity: temperature 20±1℃; humidity ≥90%; self-control function.
7.Total mass of sliding parts: total mass of sliding rod and test needle (including counterweight device) is 300g±1g;
8.Effective length of test needle: ≥50mm, diameter: 1.13±0.05mm;
9.Test mold: ɸ65±0.5mm×ɸ75±0.5mm×40±0.2mm;
