III. Features of the YDT-20 Electric Hydraulic Demolding Machine:
The YDT-20 electric hydraulic demolding machine is driven by hydraulic power, ensuring smooth, safe and noise-free operation. Compared with mechanical electric demolding machines, it has the advantages of high power, high efficiency, low noise and long service life. It can meet the demolding requirements of high-strength specimens such as cement mixtures.

IV. Operating Procedures:
1. After powering on, check if all screws are loose. If any are loose, tighten them immediately. Observe whether the power indicator light on the control panel is on to check if the power is connected. Press the up and down buttons to check if they are functioning properly. If normal, prepare different-sized mold support plates and upper pressure plates according to the test specimen requirements, and adjust and tighten the nuts on the worktable columns and the screws on the support plates.
2. First, align and prepare the corresponding pressure plates and support plates for the test mold cylinder. Install the support plate on the lifting screw, place the corresponding test mold on it, and install the pressure plate on the panel of the column. Tighten the screws (note that the groove of the pressure plate should face down and be aligned with the mouth of the test mold). Then, tighten the two fine adjustment nuts on the column. Press the “up” button to lift the lifting rod until the specimen in the test mold is demolded. Press the “stop” button to stop the machine, remove the specimen and the test mold cylinder, and press the “down” button to lower it. If another test is to be conducted, replace the test mold.
3. After the test, cut off the power and clean up.

V. Precautions:
1. Do not operate without oil to prevent the oil pump from running dry.
2. Before use, all air in the system must be purged before operation.
3. During use, observe the pressure gauge reading. Do not exceed 40MPa. When approaching this value, quickly cut off the power or open the return oil valve.
4. The safety valve has been adjusted at the factory and should not be touched.
5. Before using the electric hydraulic demolding machine, please read the user manual carefully.

VI. Maintenance and Care:
1. Before use, connect the power plug to the socket to power on. After use, unplug the power plug to cut off the power to the entire machine.
2. After use, clean the upper and lower support plates, pusher seats, etc. on the column, and cover them with dust covers. If not in use for a long time, apply anti-rust oil to the surface to prevent rusting of the parts.
3. For safety reasons, please ground the machine before use.

Lab Soil Marshall Electric Hydraulic Stripper: A Comprehensive Overview

In the field of civil engineering and geotechnical testing, the Laboratory Soil Marshall Electro-Hydraulic Demolding Machine is an indispensable piece of equipment. This machine is designed to simplify the demoulding process of soil samples, especially for Marshall stability tests. The importance of this machine cannot be overstated, as it plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of soil test results.

The Laboratory Soil Marshall Electro-Hydraulic Demoulding Machine uses the hydraulic principle to achieve a controlled and efficient demoulding process. This is particularly important in a laboratory environment where precision is critical. The machine is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system that provides constant and adjustable pressure, ensuring that the soil sample is not damaged when it is demoulded. This feature is crucial because any defects in the sample can lead to erroneous test results, ultimately affecting the quality of construction materials and methods.

One of the main advantages of the Marshall Electro-Hydraulic Lab Soil Stripper is its user-friendly design. The machine is typically equipped with an intuitive control panel that allows the operator to easily set the desired pressure and monitor the stripping process. This ease of use is especially important in a lab environment where time efficiency is critical. Additionally, the machine’s rugged construction ensures durability and longevity, making it a worthwhile investment for labs focused on soil testing.

Accurate soil testing is essential, especially in the construction and infrastructure sectors. For example, the Marshall Stability Test is a widely recognized method for evaluating the stability and flow properties of asphalt mixtures. By using a Laboratory Soil Marshall Electro-Hydraulic Stripper, laboratories can ensure that soil samples are prepared and tested under optimal conditions, providing more reliable data and more informed decisions for engineering projects.

In addition, the machine’s hydraulic system can demould samples of various sizes and shapes to meet a variety of testing needs. This versatility makes it a valuable tool for laboratories that handle a variety of soil types and testing protocols. Whether dealing with cohesive or granular soils, the Laboratory Soil Marshall Electric Hydraulic Demolder can adapt to the specific needs of various testing scenarios.

In addition to its practical applications, the Laboratory Soil Marshall Electric Hydraulic Stripper improves the overall operational efficiency of a laboratory. By streamlining the stripping process, laboratories can reduce soil testing turnaround time, thereby shortening project schedules and increasing productivity. This efficiency is especially important in today’s fast-paced construction industry, where delays can have significant financial impacts.

Additionally, Laboratory Soil Marshall electric hydraulic stripping machines incorporate advanced technologies that enhance their performance. Many modern machines are equipped with features such as digital pressure gauges, automatic shutoffs, and data logging capabilities. These technological advances not only improve the accuracy of the stripping process, but also provide valuable data for quality control and analysis.

All in all, the Laboratory Soil Marshall Electro-Hydraulic Stripper is an indispensable tool in the field of soil testing. Its ability to precisely, efficiently and reliably strip soil samples makes it an indispensable tool for laboratories involved in geotechnical engineering. As the demand for high-quality building materials continues to grow, the importance of such specialized equipment will only increase, further cementing the Laboratory Soil Marshall Electro-Hydraulic Stripper’s role in advancing the field of civil engineering.
