Brief introduction of freeze-thaw test chamber
This test device is in accordance with the requirements of the concrete frost resistance test in the national power industry standard DL / T5150-2001 “Hydraulic Concrete Test Regulations”, and the “Quick Freeze” in GBJ82-85 “Long-term Performance and Durability Test Methods of Common Concrete” Method ‘and American ASTM / C666 “Standard Test Method for Rapid Freeze-thaw Capacity of Concrete” were designed and manufactured. At the same time, this test device is also applicable to the requirements of the JTJ53-94 standard, using water freezing and water dissolution method, and according to GB / T50082-2009 “Long-term performance and durability of ordinary concrete test method” and JB / T243-2009 “Concrete freeze-thaw resistance test “Equipment” standard requirements, once again optimize the design, so that various indicators lead the industry.
This product meets the freeze-thaw resistance test of concrete specimens with a requirement of 100 * 100 * 400.
Characteristics of freeze-thaw test chamber
1. Compressor adopts Danfoss compressor, high-efficiency 404 refrigerant, green environmental protection, low carbon energy saving.
2. All pipes and liners are made of stainless steel, equipped with stainless steel large-area filters.
3. Microcomputer control, temperature digital display, adjustable temperature inside the box, automatic door lifting device, reduce labor, convenient and reliable, only need to press one switch to achieve, high density insulation layer, good insulation effect, energy saving and environmental protection.
4. Reasonable evaporative condenser system design, fast cooling speed. Ensure compliance with standards.

Temperature range: -20 ℃ —25 ℃ (adjustable) ; Temperature uniformity: <2 ℃between each point; Measurement accuracy ± 0.5 ℃; display resolution 0.06 ℃;
Test parameters: freeze-thaw cycle period 2.5 ~ 4 hours, thawing time is not less than 1/4 freeze-thaw cycle, the center temperature of the specimen at the end of freezing -17 ± 2 ℃, the center temperature of the specimen at the end of thawing 8 ± 2 ℃.The cooling time is 1.5 ~ 2.5 hours, and the heating sample is 1.0-1.5 hours.

Applications:
The Rapid Freeze?Thaw Cabinet is used to measure the resistance of concrete to deterioration caused by repeated cycles of freezing and thawing in water. Fully automatic operation frees operator to perform other lab duties.
