Asphalt Engela Viscometer Digital display is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T0622-1993 “Test for Engler Viscosity of Asphalt (Engler Viscometer Method)” in the industry standard JTG E20-2011 “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture in Highway Engineering” of the People’s Republic of China and the standard GB/T 266 “Determination Method of Engler Viscosity of Petroleum Products” of the People’s Republic of China. The Engela viscosity of asphalt or other petroleum products is determined by the ratio of the time (in seconds) it takes for asphalt or other petroleum products to flow out of an Engela viscometer under certain temperature and volume conditions to the time (in seconds) it takes for distilled water to flow out at 25℃. The unit is Engela degree.
Note: This product is specifically designed for asphalt testing. When testing other petroleum products, the temperature of distilled water and the volume of the receiving bottle may vary slightly.
I. Main Technical Features
The instrument consists of a tester and a temperature controller. It has a desktop structure. Both the inner and outer POTS are made of stainless steel. The interior of the inner pot has undergone special treatment, and its smoothness meets the requirements of the test.
